Milaha Qatar Commercial Administrator Jobs – Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide extensive general administration including accurate record keeping, report writing, commercial database management etc.
• Support workflow processes related to commercial sign off with all stakeholders.
• Arranging signatures for other related commercial documentation.
• Commercial database management including uploading documents.  
• Support the business commercial objectives in the creation, maintenance, application and administration of all commercial offers including quotations and tenders. 
• Apply considerable judgment and initiative in resolving problems and making recommendations related to commercial administrative tasks.
• Ensure streamlined functioning of administration duties, maintain confidentiality of subject matter, organize all phone calls, meetings, voicemails, mail/emails, act as central liaison for Commercial Team.  
• Coordinates travel calendar and arrangements, arranges client site visits for management and any other related activities which may be assigned.
• Identify areas to improve efficiencies and drive down latency in completion times for commercial administrative processes.
• Ensuring commercial meetings are established and maintained and that meeting minutes are captured accurately.
• Gather commercial data and prepare reports for internal business needs, as necessary.
• Document Management, to ensure all commercial documentation is accurately filed.
• Handles inquiries, complaints or adjustments; screens calls; provides information to callers/visitors.
• Organizes, pre-reads and/or creates materials for presentation.
Manages special projects and other related duties as requested.
• Ensure effective communicating and conflict management with peers and stakeholders
• Responsible for own occupational safety/health, safety of fellow employees and members of the public.
• Maintain good standards of housekeeping in working area
• Assist in the implementation of departmental processes to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and any other standards and requirements
• Implement and actively enforce compliance to work processes to ensure the health and safety of employees and the protection of the environment.

Qualifications and Experience – Milaha Qatar Commercial Administrator Jobs

Education & Professional Qualification:
– High School
– Diploma in Administration or Commercial field preferred

Professional Experience:
– 2-5 years of experience in commercial department in administrative capacity.
– Proven track record displaying excellent organisational skills, ability to balance multiple tasks at once, strong attention to detail.
– Good general understanding of commercial department, able to manage competing priorities successfully, exposure to project management and exceptional communication skills.

Geographic Experience:
– N/A

Computer Skills:
– Computer Literate with technical proficiency and extensive exposure in Oracle, SAP and other software as end user and Advanced skills with MS Office (Word, PPT & Excel)

Language Skills:
– Business English (spoken/written and read) is essential and any proficiency in other languages including Arabic would be an advantage.
